This is particularly relevant for our action shots as both performer and photographer rights have been negotiated and must be respected.
Being an approved reseller of ours does not provide access to our action shots.
This page contains info on images approved resellers can use without permission, and details on how to apply for approval to use our action shots.
Definitions
There are 3 types of images used on our website. Studio shots, hero shots and action shots. There are different rules around using each.
Studio Shots
These images feature the products on a white background. Approved resellers can use these images on listings of the product on their website.
Hero Shots
These images feature the product in hand for scale. Approved resellers can use these images on listings of the product on their website.
Action Shots
These images feature professional performers. These images are copyright restricted and cannot be used without explicit permission.
Where can images be used
- You can use our studio and hero shots on your website if you are an approved reseller.
- The images must be advertising our products only.
- You cannot use our images on other listings.
- You cannot use our images as section headers.
Action Shots
Our action shots are unfortunately not available for use on other websites.
In some cases, we will approve the use of certain action shots, but pre-approval is essential. Please note some action shots cannot be used as the rights do not reside with us.
Please note full credits will need to be applied as in the examples. This is needed to ensure the images are not lifted from your website without our copyright notice.
