  • Return accepted only on new and unopened items.
  • Credit to the account towards future orders will be the default offer unless agreed otherwise.

FAULTY AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS

FAULTY

In the unlikely event of a product being defective or us sending you the wrong item please contact us to discuss the problem.

We will need information about the fault to help you with the next step.

RETURNING, REFUNDING OR REPLACING

If we need to get the product back the shipping terms will be decided and agreed upon between both parties.

Partial credit, full credit, or replacement items (shipped to the retailer) will be offered in the case of faulty goods.

AERIAL EQUIPMENT RETURNS

Aerial products have a separate returns policy due to the increased safety considerations. We cannot accept returns of any aerial equipment that has had a load applied to it unless faulty.
